Birtle's Riverside Cabin

The Birtle Riverside Cabin was amazing! Cute cabin on beautiful property. The cabin was super clean and well appointed. So many extras you don't find in a rental. The outdoor space is cozy and relaxing and Pamela was a pleasure to deal with. We will be back! 5 Star!!!

It’s a lovely cabin in an idyllic setting. It was what we were looking for, and so much more.

We had a great time relaxing and boys did lots of fishing. I even borrowed a book from the cabin and read the whole novel in the 4 days at the cabin. Great little cabin.

a cozy cabin! Stayed with my dog, loved that it was pet friendly. It had lots of amenities and it was private. Extra towels and blankets was a nice touch. Bed was very comfy. A beautiful park nearby and town has grocery store if needed. Clear directions and easy to find. I would stay again!

excellent place for a getaway, calm quiet , it has all the amenities, a fire pit, bbq, and some trails close to the place , beautiful views and all that you need just a few minutes driving. the price is fair even for a long weekend.

Gorgeous little cabin with lovely outdoor space. I wish I'd been able to stay for more than one night!

Beautiful spot! Little bit of a hike to get to but nice and quiet with gorgeous views. Only downside is it seems to be a tick haven. Between myself, my partner, and our dog we pulled off 6 ticks (brown dog ticks), and we were only there for one night. As far as the place goes everything was immaculate and exactly as described.

Had such an amazing stay here I'll be coming back in the fall! Thanks so much ☺

This is an adorable spot along the river with a campground and park nearby with trails. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet!

Very good place to spend a nice relaxing weekend. The cabin is very good located in the nature without to many neighbors. Easy access with the key box and rules to follow. We didn’t get the chance to meet Pamela but our stay was great.

I would definitely stay here again...next time in summer. Pamela was very helpful in the planning process. The place was well organized and the instructions provided made it easy to get comfortable and settled in.

We wanted a secluded spot for some relaxing while we were down for a week from Alberta. This spot did not disappoint, it was beautiful and cozy, pretty secluded and serene. There was wildlife around daily which was a great to watch. This little cabin was perfect and had everything needed to be comfortable and happy. We will be back in the warmer months to enjoy the deck and river near by. Pamela was very friendly and responsive with messages. Thank you for letting us stay, we enjoyed your place a lot. This is the second property that we have stayed in belonging to this host. It was absolutely beautiful! We will definitely book here again when we are in the area. The host was more than accommodating and responsive at all times. Definitely 5 stars for this!

Pamela was a perfect host! We had a few questions about our stay and she answered within minutes! We loved that this place was very well decorated, making us feel right at home. my friend and I had a wonderful weekend getaway, enjoying the beautiful scenery! the only downside was that it was a bit too chilly to enjoy the gorgeous deck space.

A great little getaway! The cabin had everything you needed, just bring your own food! Very relaxing stay and we are hoping to return!

This cabin had a comfortable bed, full kitchen and great deck with a pretty view of water. The only small drawbacks were that we could hear traffic going by when sitting on the back deck& the microwave was quite dirty. Other than that, everything was fine for our short stay.

Wonderful spot and wonderful host

It is a lovely place to stay. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars total was because the toilet went a little haywire. Luckily we are handy enough and got it working to finalize our stay. The host was getting a plumber out the next day so hopefully all is working now. It is a peaceful there and very pretty to sit out on the deck. Living room furniture nice to sit on. We did not have time for a fire (it is available) or much of anything else in the area due to having events in other towns during our stay. Everything you want or need is there. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend the cabin and it is especially nice for a couple who needs a "getaway".

Our stay was peaceful with a lovely view of the river. Perfect for bird watching. The cabin had all the amenities we needed, was clean & tidy, and was decorated tastefully. Walking distance to the campground and a trail. Enjoyed the little sandy beach where swimming was in refreshing clear water. People were very friendly. Host provided plenty of info about the town and surrounding area. Lots of places to explore. We will definitely return!

Stayed at Pamela’s place as a stop on a Cross Canada road trip. It was a perfect stop to relax and reset after long driving days. Super peaceful and quiet, the River view topped it all off. Overall a wonderful stay!

Reached well above our needs! Pamela’s place was quiet and cozy. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular - right from your front window with lots of fury friends! Will definitely stay again!

Great, cozy cabin. Nice and quiet. Birtle is a nice town with friendly people. Stayed here for the weekend while visiting Asessippi ski resort.

Pamela was an excellent host. Immaculate cabin with all of the needed supplies and then some. Nice to grill out and enjoy the fall weather on the huge deck overlooking a river in the back. Will be staying again the next time we visit SW Manitoba. 10/10 recommend.

The cabin is perfectly designed to include everything one would wish for in one compact package. It is comfortable, clean and stylish. It is in a quiet location overlooking the Birdtail River on a backroad to Birtle Park. The cabin worked really well for us as a home base for walks in the park and hikes on the Birdtail ski trails.

The cabin was a great place to stay while visiting family so we could have our own space. The bed was extremely comfy. It was nice to be able to bbq and have a camp fire at night. We will definitely stay there again.

Really cute and clean cabin to spend a night on the way through to Ontario. Beautiful view from the patio. Wish had more time to spend there to explore the hiking trails.
